My name is Gemma, I am a fully qualified and registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist based in LLangedwyn. I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, a Masters in Psychology and I am a registered counsellor with the BACP (MBACP).
I offer Face-to-face, online and telephone counselling options.
I work with all age groups.
I work in an integrative way: incorporating Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Solution Focussed modalities to provide therapeutic support for:
• Anxiety/ Panic attacks
• Depression / Stress
• Low self-esteem / low confidence
• Relationship difficulties
• School worries
• Other mental health and well-being issues.
I work alongside you, supporting and most importantly listening to your experiences. I use and teach you CBT techniques to help you better manage anxiety, stress, negative thoughts, anger and other emotional difficulties.
I tailor my counselling style in order to meet your specific needs.
